Requesty Privacy Policy Summary

Requesty Ltd respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you access requesty.ai, create an account, or use our large language model routing platform, API and related services.

We do not train machine learning models on your data, and we never sell personal information. We collect account information (name, email, organisation, billing), usage and log data (IP, timestamps, token counts, latency), and cookie data.

As an LLM gateway, Requesty routes your prompts and inputs to the third party AI model providers you select. Logging control allows you to disable prompt and output storage entirely (Zero Data Retention mode). When logging is enabled, data is stored encrypted within the EU for up to 30 days.
