Yes. Set ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL to https://router.requesty.ai and ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN to your Requesty key, then set ANTHROPIC_MODEL to a free model. Claude Code runs on free models within the 200 requests per day limit. The same works for Cline, Cursor, Roo Code and other OpenAI-compatible coding tools.
